This privacy policy sets out how the Stockholm Resilience Centre (SRC) at Stockholm University use the personal information which you may give us

We may collect other personally identifying data about you, such as your name, address and e-mail address, when you provide it to us voluntarily. Any information by which you can be identified will only be used in accordance with this privacy policy. We will never sell your information.

The SRC may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes. This policy has been updated in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and aims to strengthen the rights of individuals to manage personal data held on them.

When we collect information

1. Cookies
We use traffic log cookies to identify which pages are being used on our website (www.stockholmresilience.su.se). Cookies help us provide you with a better website, by enabling us to monitor which pages you find useful and which you do not. 2. Personal information
If you register to a seminar list or to our newsletter we will collect personally identifiable information about you, specifically your email address. This information is used to provide you with updates relevant to what you signed up to.

We save any enquiries sent to the email info@stockholmresilience.su.se, however they are not used for any purposes beyond what is expressed in the original enquiry.

For our educational courses and programmes, we may save personally identifiable information about you, such as your name, organization, e-mail address, country of residence and other information which you voluntarily submit.

We may also obtain information about your opinions if, for example, you send us feedback, or ask us questions.

We may also, occasionally, receive information about you from other sources (such as third parties or other companies within the group) which we will add to the information which we already hold about you in order to help us improve and personalise our service to you.

We will keep your data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes above or for as long as we are required by law. After this your personal data will be deleted.
